The Tammen Society is a giving society that honors individuals who have thoughtfully provided for Children’s Hospital Colorado through a planned or future gift. Harry H. and Agnes Reid Tammen were among Children’s Colorado’s earliest and most important philanthropic supporters. The Tammens used much of their wealth to establish the Tammen Trust in 1924, which helped provide health care for children whose families could not afford to pay. Harry Tammen gave Children’s Colorado its early motto, “For a Child’s Sake.” The Tammen Society is named after this couple and honors individuals who have included Children’s Colorado in their estate plans.
If you have listed Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation in your estate plan, please let us know so we may recognize you and tell you more about the impact your future gift will make for the children we treat.
